  • In 2020, the number of unionized workers dropped, while the share of union members increased (Publication date: 1/29/21): An earlier version of this article included a map where one of the states was not shaded correctly as a right-to-work state. Also, the article showed incorrect union membership rates for North Carolina and Utah. (Article and map corrected. Correction published on 10/6/22)
  • How are votes counted? (Publication date: 9/14/22): An earlier version of this article incorrectly stated the number of states that allow for mail-in ballots to be counted prior to Election Day. (Article corrected and correction published on 10/12/22)
