Midterm registration rate compared to voting-age citizens

Midterm registration rate compared to voting-age citizens

This rate is the number of people registered to vote in each US midterm election divided by the number of citizens aged 18 or older at the time of the election. Because felons cannot vote in certain states, this registration rate will never reach 100%.
